The Jacks score 2 more goals in the second to jump to a 3-1 lead before giving up a late shorthanded goal off a turnover in the defensive zone.  Scoring the second period goals were Portner from Vold and Tyler Stoller from Portner and Vold.   The third period was all North Iowa as they score another shorthanded goal and added a powerplay goal to take the lead.  The Lumberjacks pulled Grant Holler (21 saves) for the extra attacker but couldn't get the chances to even it up.
