On Saturday, the Granite City Lumberjacks had a three-goal lead after two periods and cruised the rest of the way en route to a 6-1 win over the St. Louis Jr. Blues.

Nathan Kohlenhoefer and Aaron Storch also chipped in one goal a piece. Other players who recorded assists for Granite City were Drew Otto, who had three and Matt Peterson, Aaron Azevedo, Tim Brown, and Brett Love, who each had one.
Granite City’s goalie Scott Murray finished with 28 saves while allowing one goal.
