In the second, Arnold opened the scoring for North Iowa with a goal at 4:46 with a helper from his linemate Studioso. Fagerlee quickly followed with what turned out to be the game winning goal at 6:06 with an assist from his teammate Verstegen. Arnold netted a goal at 19:21 with a helper from defenseman Bernhardson.
During the third, Clemons scored a goal at 10:58 with assists from Blackowiak and Bernhardson. Dibari finally put the Lumberjacks on the board with a goal at 14:33 with helpers from his linemates, Altena and Sikich.
